Our standard cleaning products are not specifically eco-friendly or pet-friendly. However, we offer eco-friendly and pet-friendly cleaning products as part of our premium service upgrades. You can choose these options when customizing your cleaning package.

Can I customize my cleaning package?

Absolutely! We understand that every client has unique needs. You can customize your cleaning package by specifying your preferences during the booking process, or you can discuss your needs with our team directly.

Do I need to sign a contract?

No, you do not need to sign a long-term contract. Our services are flexible and can be scheduled as needed. However, we do require agreement on our terms of service prior to your first cleaning.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule my visit?

We understand that plans can change. Please contact us at least 48 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule your appointment without any charges. Cancellations made within 48 hours but more than 24 hours before the appointment will incur a 50% charge. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will be charged the full service fee.

What types of payment can I use for my cleaning visits?

You can pay with any major credit card or E-transfer. Credit card information can be stored in our system and charged automatically after each visit. Payment is expected to be sent upon receiving the invoice.

Do you offer recurring cleaning services?

Yes, we offer flexible scheduling options, including weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly cleaning services to keep your home consistently immaculate.

How do I prepare for a cleaning service?

To ensure the most efficient cleaning, we recommend decluttering surfaces and floors. If there are specific areas you want us to focus on or avoid, please let us know in advance.

Do I need to be home while you are cleaning?

No, you do not need to be home while we are cleaning. Many of our clients provide us with access instructions, and we ensure their homes are secure before leaving.

What if I have pets in my home?

We are happy to work in homes with pets. Please let us know if there are any specific instructions regarding your pets during the cleaning process.

Do you need to visit my home to provide me with a quote?

No, we can provide you with a quote based on the information you provide about your home and cleaning needs. For more detailed or complex requests, a home visit may be scheduled.
